Sam, Joe and Bobby, father-in-law to Pamy and Charlotte and Granfer
(or 8Dampy9) to Eddie, James, Lizzie and Sophie, Dad was hugely proud
of his family and enjoyed nothing more than being regaled with the
impressive sporting exploits of his grandsons and granddaughters.
Given his original prognosis, we9re all very grateful that Dad survived
long enough to meet all four of his grandchildren 3 something that
originally looked unlikely - and pass on to them much of the rich
tradition of storytelling that is so
intrinsic to the Sanders psyche.
