time.9 She9s also instilling that love of
locally sourced, seasonal food in her
children. `We have a small little veg
patch here and we do our best with
that. So they're out there picking
beans and courgettes and beetroot,
and they know that certain things
aren't ready yet. We have plum trees
at the front, so they were out picking
plums and we make jams and things
like that. And on our evening walks,
we will ond mushrooms and walnuts.
It's just knowing where all of that
comes from.9 At the moment Katie is
working on a Christmas project for a
well known brand - she can't say
which one yet! But it links back to her native Ireland! As does the most
