Looking ahead, we are excited about a busy term full of opportunities
for children and families alike. Our Family Breakfast; giving parents,
carers, and children the chance to start the day together with good
food and good company. We know these occasions mean so much to
families, and we are delighted to be able to host them again, giving the
opportunity to view our learning
environments and children9s work. We look
forward to hosting our Key Stage One
peers from Winkleigh later in the term,
showing off our beautiful grounds and
facilities.
Our pre-school is also opened its doors for
a Stay and Play session on Thursday 2nd
October, welcoming parents to come along
and share in their children9s learning
experiences. These sessions are a lovely way for families to see orsthand how the children are learning through play, while giving little
ones the comfort of having their loved ones alongside them.
For younger children in the community, our Toddlers Group continues
to meet monthly in school, offering a friendly, welcoming space for
play, song, and socialising, strengthening our links with the local
community groups. It is always a joy to see our school olled with the
happy sounds of the very youngest members of our community.
Finally, we are pleased to announce that our next Open Morning for
prospective parents of Reception 2026 starters will take place on
Tuesday 14th October. This will be a wonderful opportunity for families
considering joining our school to see the facilities, meet staff, and
experience the caring and vibrant atmosphere that makes our school so
special. Primary School admissions open on 15th November and we
would be delighted to show families around for a bespoke tour, please
contact admin@kingsnympton.devon.sch.uk to book.
We are very proud of our entire school community and look forward to
continue seeing this develop in the coming months and terms. Please
do spread the word about our wonderful school and pre-school, with
spaces for children from 9 months to 11 years, we are always happy to
offer bespoke tours.
