the other callers said, they then don't look after their animals properly
if they're not in the right mindset.
Tina : So they’re a risk to themselves and
others.
Trudy : Yes, exactly. Or then they're in a
tractor and they're driving this huge piece
of equipment. Something goes wrong and
they don't stop the engine or they don't kill
the power before they get out and then
they cause an accident or a catastrophic
incident. There are family businesses where
people work together, but not everyone lives together. And again,
that that can be hugely stressful because you're not getting away from
the farm and talking about it with other people. There are great
groups. You know, the Young Farmers is a great organisation, but you
don't have as many social events as you used to. I mean, we've got
things like agricultural shows coming up and people will get off farm
and go to them but there aren9t as many chances as there used to be
for farmer9s to get away from the farm.
