An enormous thank you to you all staff
and readers of Nympton News for your
recent donation total of £400.00 to Devon
Air Ambulance from the Christmas
Edition. We hope everyone enjoyed the
latest edition of Nympton News and thank
you for thinking of us! Your continued
support really means a lot. As a charity,
we9re proud to serve everyone who calls Devon home, the visitors who
come to enjoy our beautiful county, and our neighbours in surrounding
areas when needed. Every mission is made possible by the support of
people like you, whose contributions fuel our helicopters, equip our
paramedics, and keep us ready to respond. Whether delivering life-saving
critical care in remote locations, reaching road traffic incidents, or
responding to medical emergencies in homes, workplaces, and beyond,
our service is here for you, your family, and your community. As your local
air ambulance, every year we attend hundreds of life-saving missions across
Devon. In 2024, our crew were tasked to 2457 missions in total: 1254 by
helicopter and 1102 by Critical Care Car, and our Volunteer Responders
were also tasked to 101 missions. 1187 were medical-related and 1252
were trauma-related. Overall, 855 adults, 381 patients aged 70 and over,
and 164 children were assisted. Our work is only possible, thanks to the
kindness of people like you. Together, we are Devon Air Ambulance.
